Call your local AA and AL-ANON groups. They will be able to offer you the best advice because so many of them have been/ or are now going through the same thing.

It's calling being a better parent and grounding your child from all activities other than school. Taco, I'm a senior in High School and have been put through peer pressure and all that crap, and have resisted. I have no sympathy what so ever for people with problems like this. If I can hold back there's no reason other teenagers can't. If they wanna ruin their life this early go for it. It's called darwinism. Don't give me that crap about being in someone else's shoes. You have no idea what problems I've been through in my own life and still haven't resorted to drinking. Good day.

Talk to their counselor at school, and them. Limit the friends their around as hard as it may be. Try to get to know them on a new level. Then look up treatment centers together, if she doesn't accept she needs the help no one can help her. Faith!! And to the other person don't jump to conclusions until you've been in someone elses shoes.
