Ouch, vitamins, food fruits and veggies, walks, exercise, do something constructive like painting, it will make you feel good. keep busy and get some time to go by, stay away from tv and sittin around. I know it so sucks. wash the car, clean the house wash the car, go to the mall and walk around and watch other people and be grateful you are not messed up like them. Parks and walking trails, watch and listen to birds and try to find out what kind they are, mow the lawn and weed whack, do some edging and landscaping, volunteer, help people, go to Iowa and help people clean up and fix there houses if you don't have kids, visit the old neighbor lady, go to the nursing home and visit or play games, listen to uplifting music like journey, scrub the shower, shampoo the carpets, paint the trim on the house, get a mini bike, big bike, or a go-cart.polish your shoes up. a new hair cut. I feel for you been there, but you know it will go away.
