Oh my!! This is clearly a mistake, as no methadone clinic would ever prescribe an 80mg dose of methadone; that would be a toxic overdose. The average starting dose at a methadone clinic is 5mg to 10mg. Patients have to start that low and increase gradually (if needed). The absolute maximum dose for methadone is 40mg, but even that is a questionable dose that is toxic to many patients, and most doctors will not prescribe even that much. Check with the clinic. They very likely didn't mean to tell you 80mg. The 10mg is likely correct.

Did you ask someone? It could've been a mistake or maybe they intend for you to take 8 doses of 10mg/ ml.

If the clinic puts 10mg/ ml its exactly that i don't know what makes you think its 80 unless they said that then made a mistake not only is that illegal you can sue them out the ass for putting your safety at risk
