Will X-ray tech program allow methadone?
I was accepted into a 2 year X ray tech program at merced junior college and will be taking a 10 panel drug test . I am sure methadone will show. Do they allow their students who are being treated at a methadone clinic to participate in the program? I am scared to ask

Was off methadone for 3 days?
Then 3 days later took another 1.5 mg subutex. Then 3 days later took 9 mg methadone. Been 2 days since the methadone. Have i set myself back to square 1 with all the drug swapping? I have heard that it can help with the withdrawals. I have about 6 mg methadone left and was going to take 1 mg every 3 days and then be done with it. Anyone have advice on whether this is a good or bad idea?

I have been on methadone for 2yers,istarted taking it for drug abuse i.e. taking temgesics,and abusing valum?
temazepam,i know donnt abuse anything now.and have been clean of herion for 5mt ,i also take 3x10mg of valium,1x10mg of fluxatine prozac and a 100mls of methadone daily,oh as well as water tablets for swelling in my leg,s has any one heard of being prescribed these drugs,i don,t feel the dr is any help,anyone able to helps,,i,m at my wits end and feel i,m doped up all the time al i want to do is sleep. has ay one heard of this kind of prescribing before,i feel my dr doesnt really help,i also get meds for depresion andanxiety.

Why does methamphetamine make it so you dont need as much methadone when on methadone program?
At one time when I was on the methadone maintainence program taking methadone daily ,I also smoked methamphetamine. I noticed that while smoking meth, I didn't need as much methadone or need to take it as often. I have since detoxed off methadone and have no intentions on doing meth or any other drug, however, I have always been very curious as to why my body didn't need as much methadone while I used methamphetamine. So I would like to know why I didn't need as much methadone when i used methamphetamine..

Do I have to dissolve my 40MG Tablets of Methadone? Why am I not supposed to chew and/or swallow them?
I have been on methadone maintenance for about 3 years now & I just gained something called Step 30 which means that I don't have to go in to the clinic every day anymore. Instead, I come in once a month to pick up a months worth of pills. When I went in to the clinic I was getting liquid methadone, but now I have the Methadose 40mg Methadone Hydrochloride Tablets For Oral Suspension USP. On a different label they are also called Methadone HCL 40mg Diskettes. I'm told that I am not supposed to chew and or swallow them before I dissolve them in water. Unfortunetly, they taste horrible and even mixing them in OJ is nasty. My question is, why can't I break them up & swallow them, & if I did what would be the worst thing that could happen? If I do absolutely have to dissolve them first, do you have any advice on a less painful way to administer them? Thanks
