How long does it take to fully get weened off of methadone's?..i know someone who is trying to get off of them and has been tapering down for 4 weeks and its still really bad if you could share your stories ...they was taking about 8 a day now they are down to 1 but still feels horrible !!!

It took a friend 6 weeks to finally end the withdrawal. The physical aspect goes away, but the mental never will. Best of luck, it's hard, I know.
