Methadone Program: Methadone Symptoms & Side Effects

Question: Does anyone know of libido enhancers specifically for people on a methadone program?

My girlfrind has been taking methadone for about two years in an effort to quit using heroin. I have never abused this drug and am completly drug free...since she started the program our sex life has dwindled to practically zilch...she says she feels like her body doesnt respond to sexual contact, even if she thinks she wants to when we try it just doesnt work...she says its like she feels numb...its been two months since the last time we were intimate and the lengths between are getting longer and longer....i want to be faithful to her and i love her very much but its beginning to put a strain on our relationship...i need help fast! please any information you have will be helpful

Have her ask a doctor about taking the female hormone Estratest. It contains estrogen and testosterone and the later increases libido and an over all feeling of well being.
