My best friend just died of a methadone overdose and I know the girl who sold it to her should I prosicute?
She was only 20 yrs old and had a habbit of taking one too many pills or having one too many drinks. The girl who sold them to her knew this and still sold her 20 10mg pills of methadone. I came home she spent the night with me frequently and she was cold, dead. I am greaving heavily but still questioning what I should do about this?

My husband died of a methadone overdose supposedly.?
I do not know how this could be possible. He was out of his medication for at least 3 to 4 days. He was prescribed 30mg of methadone a day. He has taken this amount for over 6 years. He was 40 years old, weighed 240 lbs, and was 6ft tall. The amount of methadone in his blood was 0.12. The medical examiner said he could tell he hadn't had any medicine in a while. With this high of a level, the only thing he could say was an accidental methadone overdose. There was also signs of heart disease. My husband was a smoker for over 25 years. He had recently quit. He drank every day. Could there possibly be another reason for his unexpected death?

My babies father was found, in the bathroom, stiff, with black vomit on his lips and hair, and the impression of a toilet seat on his chest. Also his pants were down. He was hospitalized over night on Thurs. because he stopped breathing from methadone, released and found dead 4 days later.

The Result of A Methadone Overdose?
Someone I know took 4 methadone that we know of and some benadryl in one night, passed out and went to the hospital the following morning. They're in a coma, on life support, with damage to kidneys, liver, and heart. Does anybody know what the outcome could will be?
