Question: Im on methadone maintenance program, will midrin show on a drug screen?

No, it should not. However, bring the prescription package with you, and tell them, so that this is not an issue. Also, if migraine headaches are a problem, everyone should be aware so that a plan for management can be constructed. Best wishes.
