Question: Can you die if you mix methadone, heroin and xanax?

Yes. You can die from one of the above or any combo of the above. Most reputable Dr's have stopped writing scripts for methadone and xanax at the same time.You may get away with mixing the 3 a few times and gain a false sense of security. Please do not let anyone you know make this fatal mistake.

Separately each one of them is deadly so putting them together in a cocktail could have disastrous consequences. Stay away from drugs - if you want to get on a high then meditate, dance, sing or have safe sex.

You can die from taking any of the medications alone if not perscibed to you by a doctor. But the combonation of the chemicals seem deadly

Mixing methadone and xanax is very dangerous and should be avoided unless you are under close supervision by a doctor. Most methadone related deaths also involved benzos like Xanax.
