Hi Chels, Yes, it is certainly possible that a heroin overdose could cause a nosebleed. The typical symptoms include : * Muscle spasticity * Shallow breathing * Pinpoint pupils * Bluish skin * Bluish fingernails * Bluish lips * Gastrointestinal spasms * Weak pulse * Reduced blood pressure * Constipation * Slowed breathing * Cold skin * Clammy skin * Seizures * Drowsiness but as heroin is an inflammatory substance that your body reacts to, making the capillaries in your nose burst is a distinct possibility. If you suspect yourself or anyone else of overdosing, call 911 RIGHT NOW. Do NOT WAIT!
