Yeah lets chat, read my profile and if you want email or IM on Yahoo. I'm a counselor and in recovery. Can at least talk to you thru the hard parts. Need to sip some water or something. Getting dehydrated will make the cramping much worse. God Bless ReggieR

I don't have any advice for you, or experience, but i wanted to let you know that you are doing the right thing. This is the hard part, but the rest of your life can only get better once you are not dependent on drugs! i don't know how much support you have, but i wanted to let you know i am proud of you and i'm cheering for you!

First of all, I don't know if you are going through withdrawals out of choice or because you just don't have any...but nevertheless, I applaud you for asking for help. It's going to be a rough few days and you are going to hurt and feel like crap. Take some ibuprofen for the pain and also Immodium for the diarrhea. Take nice warm baths or hot showers, drink plenty of water and be good to yourself. You CAN and WILL get through this. It would be better if you have a good support system. Is your family or good friend aware of what's going on with you? And better still if you get yourself into a treatment program or detox facility. You can look up "drug addiction/ counseling " in the yellow pages of the phone book. Usually there is an "800 " number you can call 24/ 7. A counselor will answer and direct you further or maybe just talk. I urge you to make that call. Please eat well and don't forget to drink lots of water to help flush your system. Good luck...and remember: THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
