With blood shot eyes & a tingling sensation that lingers through my body i try to force my self to sleep its been days but my throat is numb my heart is racing my hands are shaking my mouth gets drier and drier i see a tray laying on the coffee table next to a big glass of water i reach for the water but my eyes cross my head spins i hit the floor and so does the tray along with all the goodies on it. As i slowly open my eyes i reach for my forehead blood gushing heart still racing. I look at all the contents on the floor i begin to cry i think i have finally realized its time to quit.
