I used to get horrible anxiety suddenly after smoking for two years, and now that I've majorly cut back, I don't get panicky as often. If it's been a month since you stopped smoking, there's a good chance it's something else. What kind of pills were you taking? Prescription, or ecstasy? For how long and how often did you abuse pills and marijuana, and do you or anyone in your family have a history of mental illness? Mood swings and crying for no reason are either indicative of withdrawal from taking anti-anxiety and -depressant medication...Or being fifteen.

If you havent used in a month, there arent any drugs left in your system so you need to go see a doctor cause your symptoms aren't from the drugs.
