Question: How long does the drug methadone stays in your body.?

I am going to the doctor and may be drug tested. i just want to be safe.

They won't be looking for it. Methadone is a pretty specific drug. It is not included in multi-drug screens, it has to be specified... unless they have reason to look for it, they won't.
