Question: What is the best and quickest drug detox?

I've got a test coming up in a week at the doctors. I quit smoking a month ago, but am still testing positive. Can anyone suggest a drink, pills, or anything that would help get this out of my system? Thanks!

I dont think anything can "rush " the process of elliminationg "it " from your system but if i were in your shoes i would drink heaps and heaps of water daily - just dont over do it all at once make sure you eat in between so you dont "drown " which can happen. i would also eat many vegetables which have high amounts of fibre in them or a figh fibre drink that you get from helth food stoors - though the vegies are a better option - i would do this because the "stuff " would be also in your wastes when you go to the toilet and the fibre will help to get rid of it quicker. thats just what i would do - oh and exercise may help by helping the fibre work faster through your system and by sweating it out - even a sauna could help. gosh i hope this works - good luck
