They sell body detox stuff - like just getting the gunk out of your body...like those kyoto foot pads. But if you're trying to do a drug detox (clearing your body of illegal drugs or alcohol) you're better off at a detox facility. That way someone can monitor you to make sure you don't have a seizure or hurt yourself.
