Question: Is it classed as drug abuse?

If someone regularly sniffs nail varnish as a way to get a temporary high and calm their nerves is it classed as being a 'solvent abuser' or a drug addict? I'm not talking about one or two times a day, three days a week- I'm talking like two or three times an hour every single day. This has just been on my mind recently and I just wanted to know the facts :) P.s; This is not about me or anyone I know, it's just something that got me thinking. Thanks x

This is classed as drug abuse, nail varnish have powerful solvents in them that cause them to be so strong and durable to nails. It's dangerous and stupid to say the least, no parent wants to walk in on their dead child with a pot of nail varnish in their hand, solvents can freeze your lungs and can kill communication to the brain. Lets hope you aren't doing that sh*t for real..
