When looking for consequences of alcohol or drug abuse, what areas in the client's life should be examine? tawnyfern, for your information, I'm a 18 year old student not a counselor! And I was asking this question because I had trouble finding an answer to it. This is for an assignment! moron!

Examined? If you are a counseler I would think you would have better english....and grammer. I would say your question would seem ignorant to so many things and would be seen as suspect of not knowing what you are talking about in the field. Sorry.
