Drinking lot of water is the best method.Try to drink as much as possible in several intervals.Grape juice.Ginger lemon tea are also good supplements.Vitamin C is good it is available in medical stores,several brands.

You can try drinking a lot of cranberry juice and water. also working out helps you sweat out a lot of toxins in your body. there are supplements out there too if you go to a GNC they can help you :)
