Acute alcohol withdrawal symptoms, something like within 1-2 days. Delerium tremens will show up within 3 or 4 days if the withdrawal is severe enough.

I used to actually have DT,S while drinking,my freinds also did.i am not a doctor but experience is better than school.i even hallucinated.my friend many times even after being without for only a few hours.never, ever take librium beore the doctor recommends.maybe 24 hours after the last drink. i almost died from night terrors i suppose.i dreamt terrible things which i wouldn,t repeat. i was trapped could not awake from hell and had a small heart attack..People are all different.so.one takes less time others more.lastly i drank at least a quart of vodka everyday for 3 months straight. guess what? no pills, out of the O,R,in 2 hours and no withdrawls.the doctors SAID IT WAS A MIRACLE. byeeexxx
