My friend told me during his alcohol withdrawal, he was hearing voices and seeing shit. he said the voices were mad at him, im like holy shit what? and he said he would see things that werent there, and it scared the piss out of him, he said he actually felt fear

I went through with drawls coming of of vicdon it wasnt as bad as that but it was bad my doc gave me a med called lubrim and its an anxiety med for people tht have withdraws from alcohol. he also gave me serax for the day time

DT's or withdraws are hard to get though,if your friend was a heavy drinker. That's why they have rehabs or places to detox. Most people can't handle it. Tell you friend to drink orange juice and other juices, it will help boost him back up, and stay OFF the booze. Unless he wants it to start all over again.

Alcohol withdrawl can do this to people. So can drug withdrawl, its causing his brain to fuck up and hallucinate.
