Question: What vitamins do you take for going through alcohol withdrawal?

I know it is one of the B vitamins and either magnesium or manganese... and also what doses??

Thiamine, because alcohol depletes your thiamine. We sometimes give it as a shot for a mega-dose. If you get a complete B vitamin complex, however, you can supplement the other B's you need daily to begin with. If you are female, you need more folate anyway.
