Question: Kratom addiction suggestion?

I was addicted to alcohol and kicked it by replacing it with kratom. That was after 8 months of pure sobriety and counselling, AA, work with sponsor etc... Now I've been on kratom for over a year and my boss (I'm a dentist) found out what I was doing from someone who caught me in the act at work. I tried to quit cold turkey and he said he would let it slide if I stopped. I went through 4 days of withdrawal (nausea, lost 6 lbs, sweating, RLS, insomnia) before I went back to using bc I couldn't tolerate the physical aspect anymore. I just hide it even better now I want to stop but I'm not sure how. I can't seem to taper myself and I'm not sure where to turn. My spouse doesn't know I use and wouldn't approve of it if known 4 times per day... generally 10 g per time |
