Question: Do you have any advice on how to cure a pornography addiction (involuntary question mark)-->?

First off, if you're going to say something on the lines of, "Why stop? It's great ", just don't bother answering this. I'm not going to lie, I love porn, but the fact of the matter is, I need to stop. Now that we have that out of the way, I will now outline my problem in a way, that might be understood, by things that are alive. I said earlier that I love porn, but my problem lies in the fact that I like it too much. for the past half of a year, I frequently find myself staying up very late watching porn. I't not uncommon for me to stay up until four in the morning watching porn nonstop on the internet; which is the only place I go to do this. Now, I suppose it's not uncommon for a young man of eighteen years to do this just now and again, but this has been going on virtually every night for months; and it doesn't help that I have a very delicate and unnatural sleep cycle to begin with (But that is a different question, for a different time.) Any help and advice you can give me is much appreciated. From, Richard D. P.S. Doesn't the involuntary question mark that Yahoo places on the end of questions look tacky sometimes?

Well the fact is the average age of males addicted to porn is 17, so your not alone. I commend you for reaching out. There is plenty of software available to help with your porn addiction. One that I recommend, and dont get paid for, is X3watch. It helps by monitoring what pages you view on the web and allows you to track what youve done with an accountability partner. You can even add it to your iphone. I highly recommend it and its FREE! You can find info on it on my link below.

Get a girlfriend? eventually if you really like her and u get laid a lot, ur addiction fades away. i havent watched porn in 4 months going on 5 man, and i'm 17. if i can do it u can too

What is there to say, you know what you need to do and why! wHAT SHOULD YOU DO ABOUT IT! Well look at it this way while your doin what your doin you ain't gettin or spreading STD'S With that said You want to sleep normal/ better hours, find yourself a girlfriend, note: sex with a girlfriend should not be like what you watch on the net. althou at times awful similar... but that is beside the point! Having sex with the lady of your choice is a workout and more enjoyable than a fantasy on a screen! You will find yourself normally tired and wanting to sleep regularl hours with her... This is likely not going to be an overnight fix,good luck
